Certificate in Land Change Modelling using Google Earth Engine (Online Course)

Institute for Biodiversity conservation and Training is pleased to announce online certificate course in Land Change Modelling in Google Earth Engine. The course will be delivered online (Live) between 5th & 6th December 2020. In this course, the participants will be introduced to Concepts of Land use land cover change modelling in Google Earth Engine. This course has hands-on-training using open-source software.

2. Introduction to Google Earth Engine (GEE)
3. Supervised Classification using Code Editor
4. Supervised Classification using Google Earth Engine Explorer 
5. Land Cover Change Analysis
6. Map preparation.

Selection of Candidates:
This course accepts 25 students based on first come first serve basis. The selected candidates will be notified by email and are required pay course fee within 3 calendar days from the date of notification. The participation will be confirmed after we receive the course fee.

Course timings:
The course will commence at 10:00 AM and expected to complete by 18:00 pm.

What is the cost of the course?
The cost of the course is Rs. 3,000.00 (Rupees three thousand only). The fee covers the lectures, hands-on training, certificate, course material, and data sets.

What will I get?
Upon successful completion of the course the candidates will receive Certificate.

Attendance to all the sessions are mandatory.

Pre-requisites:
Laptop with camera, Good quality internet connection (4G) and headset with Mic.
